Outreach Physicians

General surgeon	Jay Kiessling, MD Appointments the 2nd & 4th Monday of each month. For appointments call 477-3162 extension 252 Dr. Kiessling is board certified in general surgery and also performs vascular surgery. He specializes in the surgical treatment of a wide range of diseases and conditions which invlove skin lesions and growths, surgery for cancer including breast and colon cancer, gall bladder, hernias, chronic belly pain, varicse veins, leg pain, diabetic sores, heartburn and thyroid problems. In addition to assesments and diagnosis Dr. Kiessling can help with planning a course of treatment.  There are many procedures Dr. Kiessling can perform right here as well as pre-surgery and follow up appointments for procedures that may need to be done elsewhere.
Cardiologist	Robert Percell, MD                     Appointments the second Thursday of every month. For appointments call 477-3162 extension 252 Dr. Robert Percell, Jr., is a Cardiologist at Trinity Health in Minot.  He is originally a native of Columbia, South Carolina and earned his medical degree from Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in Baltimore.  In addition to the completion of his residency at Duke University Medical Center in Durham, NC.  he received cardiology training at the University of Southern Florida's College of Medicine in Tampa.  Dr. Percell is a member of the American College of Physicians, the American College of Cardiology, athe Association of Black Cardiologists, and the American College of Chest Physicians.
Orthopedic Surgeon	E. Dexter Scott, MD                                          Appointments the fourth Thursday of every month.  For appointments call 477-3162 extension 252 Board certified in Orthopedic Surgery, Dr. Dexter Scott is a graduate of the Faculty of Medicine/University of Alberta in Edmonton.  He completed his Orthopedic Surgery residency in Clagary. He served as Chief of Orthopedic Surgery in Medicine Hat Region Hospital in Alberta and practiced the last nine years in the Tahlequah and Muskogee area of northeastern Okalahoma.  He is also a fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons and has more than 20 years experience caring for people of all ages with bon, joint and muscle disorders.
Podiatric Surgeon	Tyson Williams, DPM                                        Appointments the first Thursday of every month.  For appointments call 477-3162 extension 252 Dr. Williams is from Minot, ND. As a Podiatrist he offers conservative treatments for disorders of the feet and ankles. He is a graduate of the Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in Chicago and completed his three years of residency training in sports medicine, diabetic foot, and general podiatry.  He has also dedicated two years to the concentration of reconstructive foot and ankle surgery.  Dr. Williams is a member of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons.
